You have driven many significant changes since COVID, but the challenges of margin pressure, clinician burnout, and critical workforce shortages remain.
It is clear that what worked in the past, will not work in the future. So how do you accelerate the pace of innovation and scale new approaches?
RED2024 is bringing a cross-functional group of executives from leading health systems together for a time of focused collaboration on labor strategy.
Advance your strategies by harnessing the experience of peers from across the country and Go Further Still towards achieving the goals you have set for your health system.
RED2024 will be hosted at The Broadmoor, Colorado’s premier luxury resort. This exclusive event, sponsored by SimpliFi and a select group of its strategic workforce partners, will bring together senior healthcare leaders for actionable conversations around labor strategy. As a tuition-free event, all meals and accommodations are covered by SimpliFi upon arriving at The Broadmoor.

Why You Should Attend
Join senior executives from leading U.S. health systems during a critical time to learn from others and take an actionable list of ideas back to your health system. Learn which workforce strategies have demonstrated outcomes and how you can implement them in your health system this calendar year. Everyone is innovating in their health system. Bring your experience and exchange ideas with peers from across the country on what has worked, what has not, and what you need to refine. Help define and implement labor strategies to rebuild your core staff, implement flexible staffing solutions, and reduce your reliance on premium labor.
This is not a “speak at you” event but rather a forum where you can learn by sharing your experiences and hearing from peers across the country. RED is an intimate gathering of peers where attendance is intentionally limited to less than 50 executives to facilitate open sharing in a single room.

FAQ About RED2024
RED2024 is a workforce summit that brings a group of leading health system executives from nursing, HR, and finance together for a day of discussion and information sharing about labor strategy.
RED stands for Reflect, Exchange, and Define. Labor is a health system’s largest expense yet there isn’t a forum that brings key stakeholders from around the country together to reflect on lessons learned about clinical labor management, exchange ideas and information, and share forward-looking strategies. We are creating that forum with RED2024.
Conferences can be hit or miss depending on who the speakers are, so while we will have a few key speakers throughout the day, our summit will focus much more on the interactions you have with one another. You will have the opportunity to hear your peers’ strategies, share your own experiences, and build a plan of action for the future of your clinical workforce.
This is not a “speak at you” event, but rather a forum where you can learn by sharing your experiences and hearing from peers across the country. RED is an intimate gathering of peers where attendance is intentionally limited to less than 50 executives to facilitate open sharing in a single room.
In order to ensure everyone can participate in the dialogue, we are capping attendance at a total of 50 health system executives.
This event is tuition-free. SimpliFi is sponsoring the event and providing all necessary items, including food and two nights’ lodging while on-site at the venue. The only cost for attendees will be your transportation to the venue.
We are excited to partner with one of the most historic and beautiful resorts in America, the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, as the host venue for RED2024.
The event starts with a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, October 2, and will continue through 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 4.
Yes, plus-ones are welcome to accompany registrants to The Broadmoor. Your guest will be able to attend the RED2024 reception and dinner with you.
