You are leading through a crossroads of labor shortages and cost escalation that jeopardizes the very mission of your health system. The time for the contemplation of possible solutions is over. This is the time for action.
RED2023 is bringing a cross-functional group of executives from leading health systems together for a focused discussion on the strategies that are effectively reducing the utilization of travel nurses and premium labor spend.
To survive, we need to accelerate the pace of innovation and scale new approaches. We must harness great ideas to create immediate and lasting change. To do so, we have to come together and share what is working and learn from one another. And we cannot wait for the future. The future is NOW.

FAQ About RED2023
RED2023 is a workforce summit that brings a group of leading health system executives from nursing, HR, and finance together for a day of discussion and information sharing about labor strategy.
RED stands for Reflect, Exchange, and Define. Labor is a health system’s largest expense yet there isn’t a forum that brings key stakeholders from around the country together to reflect on lessons learned about clinical labor management, exchange ideas and information, and share forward-looking strategies. We are creating that forum with RED2023.
Conferences can be hit or miss depending on who the speakers are, so while we will have a few key speakers throughout the day, our summit will focus much more on the interactions you have with one another. You will have the opportunity to hear your peers’ strategies, share your own experiences, and build a plan of action for the future of your clinical workforce.
This is not a “speak at you” event, but rather a forum where you can learn by sharing your experiences and hearing from peers across the country. RED is an intimate gathering of peers where attendance is intentionally limited to less than 50 executives to facilitate open sharing in a single room.
In order to ensure everyone can participate in the dialogue, we are capping attendance at a total of 50 health system executives.
This event is tuition-free. SimpliFi is sponsoring the event and providing all necessary items, including food and two nights’ lodging while on-site at the venue. The only cost for attendees will be your transportation to the venue.
